Our guest in this episode is Dr. Suzanne Squires, who is a family physician in Edmonton Area of Alberta. She has spent over a decade in service of families and has taken a particular interest in Mental Health of both young people and adults. She has some great advice for anyone who is concerned about the mental health of a student or a colleague. This is an important topic that I hope helps others to reach out to those in need.
If you want to follow her work, you can go to her clinic website at westgroveclinic.ca or westviewpcn.ca
The app that Dr. Squire recommends is the 7 Minute Workout app by Wahoo Fitness. There is also a website that guides you through the workout here.
The book that she recommends is Raising Human Beings: Creating a Collaborative Partnership with Your Child by Ross W. Greene.
