This episode features Lynn Leslie. Lynn works as a school principal in Calgary, Alberta and is currently pursuing an Education Doctorate at Western University focusing on the effective implementation of school plans. She draws on her past experiences as a School Board Trustee and Business Systems Analyst to inform her leadership practice. Lynn is a recipient of The Learning Partnership’s Canada’s Outstanding Principals’ Award in 2017, and the Alberta Teachers’ Association’s 2014 Distinguished Leader Award.
She speaks to us about educational planning and the work she has done to ensure this plan, that is often mandated, can have impact in schools.
